Jacob Remes Commemorates Katrina Ten Years Later

This week marks ten years that I've been thinking and writing about disaster—and more importantly, ten years since Katrina. To commemorate both those things (the former obliquely), I have a piece in The Atlantic today about how the solidarity needed and practiced after Katrina can be an antidote to neoliberalism.
