TIHS: Readings on the "University"

Readings seminar on the intellectual history of the university

This year’s Triangle Intellectual History Seminars will focus on the idea of the “University.” All sessions will relate in some way to that theme. Aside from a wonderful slate of guest speakers, there will also be the usual “readings” session, without a guest, that will examine key moments in the intellectual history of the university in order to bring into dialogue the university’s history with its current state—or crisis.
