Prof. Ed Balleisen and Jon Free, along with the Bass Connection project team, Regulatory Disaster Scene Investigation, contributed to the book, "Policy Shock". Jon, a history PhD student, is one of four graduate members of the team. The team also consists of five faculty members and one undergraduate student.
