On January 4, 2025, at the 138th Annual Meeting of the American Historical Association, Thavolia Glymph concluded her term as AHA President and delivered a widely praised address, entitled "Paper Tracings in the Spectacularly Boisterous Archive of Slavery," to an appreciative gathering of historians from across the country, and beyond.
